This Mobile App End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you and Dashed Space LLC. By downloading, installing, or using this application (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Installation or use of the Software signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.
- Parties. This EULA is between you and Dashed Space LLC only — not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Dashed Space LLC is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Privacy. Dashed Space LLC may collect and use information about your use of the app as described in its Privacy Policy.
- App Store Rules. You agree to comply with all restrictions and rules of the app store through which you obtained the Software. If you downloaded via the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. This EULA incorporates by reference Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA); in case of conflict, the terms of this EULA control. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Software or your use of it, including product liability claims or consumer protection claims.

Restrictions.
You shall use the Software only in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:
- Create derivative works based on the Software;
- Use the Software for any purpose other than as described herein;
- Copy or reproduce the Software except as permitted by this EULA;
- Sell, assign, license, disclose, or distribute the Software to third parties;
- Alter, translate, decompile, reverse assemble, or reverse engineer the Software (except where required by applicable law);
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks.
- Warranty Disclaimer. DASHED SPACE LLC PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DASHED SPACE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE ERROR-FREE, OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PARTICULAR PLATFORM.
- Third-Party Intellectual Property Claims. Dashed Space LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third-party intellectual property right.
- Product Claims. Dashed Space LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product liability claims, failure to meet legal requirements, or consumer protection claims arising from your use of the app.
- Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DASHED SPACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL DASHED SPACE LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE LICENSING FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.
- U.S. Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country, and (ii) you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.
- Right to Modify or Terminate. Dashed Space LLC may modify this EULA or the Software with notice (including via its website). If you do not accept the modifications, you may cease using the Software. We may terminate your access to the Software at any time with or without notice.
