Child Safety Standards

Followers Pro by Dashed Space LLC · Last updated September 27, 2026

Dashed Space LLC is committed to keeping children safe. This page sets out the standards Followers Pro follows to prevent, detect and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and explains how to report a concern to us.

Our standards

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. In Followers Pro it is prohibited to:

  • Create, upload, share, request, link to or promote CSAM in any form, including AI-generated or drawn imagery, and any content that sexualises a minor.
  • Groom, solicit, sextort or attempt to sexually exploit a minor, or arrange to meet a minor for that purpose.
  • Use the app to advertise, trade or coordinate access to CSAM or to child trafficking.
  • Use a username, bio, avatar or any other content to sexualise a minor.

Any account that violates these standards is terminated immediately and permanently, and the content is removed. These rules apply to every user, in every country, regardless of local law.

How Followers Pro works

Followers Pro is an analytics tool. You sign in, add your own social media accounts and see statistics about your followers. The app has no public profiles, no feed, no comments and no direct messages, and users cannot see, contact or share content with other Followers Pro users. The only content in the app is the publicly available statistics for the accounts you added yourself.

This design means the app cannot be used to distribute CSAM or to contact a minor. We still apply the standards on this page to everything we can control: the accounts people sign in with, any content they add to the app or send to us, and the way we handle reports.

How to report a child safety concern

If you see anything in Followers Pro that you believe sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, please report it to us right away. You can do this from inside the app or by email.

  1. Open Settings from the side menu.
  2. Tap Contact Support.
  3. Tell us what you saw. Include the username, the screen and when you saw it.

You can also email us at support@dashedspace.com with the subject "Child safety report". Reports are reviewed by a person, not an automated system, and child safety reports are handled ahead of every other kind of request.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first. You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, or, outside the United States, to your national hotline listed by INHOPE.

What happens when we receive a report

  • We review it promptly. A member of our team reviews every child safety report as soon as it arrives.
  • We remove the content and terminate the account. Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the account behind it is permanently banned. We do not warn first.
  • We report CSAM to NCMEC. Any apparent CSAM we become aware of is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which works with law enforcement worldwide, and to other regional or national authorities where the law requires it.
  • We preserve evidence. We keep the reported content and related account data for as long as the law requires so that law enforcement can act on it, even after the account is deleted.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement. We respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.

Age requirements

Followers Pro is not directed at children under 13, and you must be old enough to hold an account on the social networks you connect to it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we delete the account and its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Compliance with child safety laws

Dashed Space LLC complies with all applicable child safety laws, including the United States federal law that requires providers to report apparent CSAM to NCMEC (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. We review these standards regularly and update this page when they change.

Designated point of contact

Questions about these standards, our CSAE prevention practices or our compliance can be sent to our designated child safety contact at support@dashedspace.com. This contact is able to speak to our practices and to respond to law enforcement and to Google Play or Apple about child safety matters.
